I am very grateful that I met Melvin and I cannot thank him enough for making my 1st home purchase experience seamless. He is very knowledgeable and makes his recommendations based on person preferences including location, price, availability etc. I did a pre-construction purchase that took over 4 years to complete but he constantly provides feedback and updates during this time. He offers to do tasks that are not part of his obligation, very friendly and accommodating. The best part of my experience was during the turnover of the place (Jan 2026). It was AMAZING.
