My husband and I are first time home buyers. Entering into the real estate market during the pandemic was absolutely terrifying with homes selling at an all time high. Melissa is a dynamic Agent, with endless knowledge on construction details, renovation ideas, what a house should realistically sell for (became a fun game we played as houses we saw sold on the market), comes to listings prepaired and passionate.
