Her documentation is very thorough, detailed and comprehensive, even if it requires multiple iteration to complete but she painstakingly reviews and makes it neat and clean. She has a knack of building relationships beyond transactions with her insightful interactions and entire journey from first call to keys handover , was felt like a family person accompanying the entire journey.
