I had wonderful experience working with Melissa, she is an excellent realtor, who has very good understanding of her profession, industry knowledge, geographical and locality conditions. Apart from depth and breadth of knowledge, she is also very patient, has a tremendous listening abilities and understanding the tacit and unspoken preferences of the client. She strongly advocates her customer point of view and strives to get the best deal. She also has very comfortable nature to interact and has patience to continue to search options till the right deal from.customer perspective is reached.She has perseverance qualities and very good network of reliable support personnel from lawyers to financiers and surveyors, very resourceful. Her documentation is very thorough, detailed and comprehensive, even if it requires multiple iteration to complete but she painstakingly reviews and makes it neat and clean. She has a knack of building relationships beyond transactions with her insightful interactions and entire journey from first call to keys handover , was felt like a family person accompanying the entire journey. I hope to make life long friends with her and expect many such interactions in future. Wish her best and many successful accomplishment in future!

Working with Melissa has been a great experience and she’s really made this whole process very smooth for me and my husband.
