Melissa explained each step in the process of selling my home and offered guidance and support throughout the transaction. I felt comfortable and my mind was at ease knowing that Melissa genuinely cared about helping me sell my property in a timely manner for a fair price. Melissa was amazing. She helped my mother sell her condo and dealt with my brother and I. She guided us all through the process and made it easy. She was very knowledgeable about the market and the area. When my brother was out of the country and unreachable she was able to find a way to reach him and close the deal in the required time!! My mother also loved the gift basket that Melissa brought to her care center.

Melissa was kind and patient throughout my first home buying experience. She was always available to me, especially when I had questions or wanted to view a property. She's knowledgeable, and helped me sus out things that I didn't know to look for being a first timer. She took it upon herself to make sure that I had a wonderful experience, and she helped me find my dream home that I get to raise my little one in! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Melissa was the perfect agent for us as first time buyers. She was knowledgeable, clearly explained to us what to expect, what to look out for and how the process works generally. But above all, she was really patient with us and allowed us time to discuss, analyze, sleep over some items and ponder them and then return to them later (we had properties where she arranged a second showing for us!).
