Melissa was an amazing realtor to work with. We bought our home in the Kanata Lakes area late 2025. Since we were buying from another province and had limited availability for showings, she adjusted her schedule multiple times to accommodate us. She truly listened to what we wanted, respected our priorities during negotiations, and represented our interests clearly and professionally.

Melissa was a pleasure to work with. We were planning a cross-province move and Melissa was recommended to us by our selling agent. We didn’t have a set timeline and she was very patient with us over the course of about 10 months (including months of us being out of the country). While we were away she stayed in contact with us, answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly, and shared listings she thought would be of interest. Because we lived 6 hours away, our viewings were clustered into several in a day or two, and often on short notice. Melissa always did everything she could to accommodate us - and we appreciated that very much. When we did find our house, she gave us her professional opinion and acted quickly on our behalf. Melissa has an excellent relationship with the various local inspectors, which made everything seem easy. She graciously offered to videotape our final walk through to save us the journey - something else we truly appreciated. We would definitely ask Melissa to represent us again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, personable and reliable realtor.

Melissa was outstanding to have alongside us for the purchase of our first home! She listened to our wish-list, met us at hours that worked for us, listened to our concerns, calmed our nerves, and walked us through the process. She was easy to reach and made everything easy to understand. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Melissa and will be calling her if we decide to move in future!
