Melinda was so much fun to work with! She was able to set up showings almost last minute some times and was extremely accommodating to our crazy schedules. Although she is obviously working with various families at a time she made it feel like we were her only clients which made us feel great. We would and have recommended her to our family and friends. Thank you for helping us find our first dream home in record time and making the process extremely enjoyable.

Melinda makes your home buying experience extremely comfortable. Doesn't pressure you into settling on something, answers all questions you may have, is willing to re-visit the same home multiple times if that's what you want, drives outside of Edmonton for the sake of seeing a showhome, etc. Overall a great agent to work with.

Melinda was an absolute gem to work with. She was prompt in answering my calls and texts no matter the time of day and helped make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She shows her clients that she does truly care about their happiness. She dealt with any issues that arose with the utmost care and attention. All I can say to my realtor - Melinda, She is a complete package! At the young age, Melinda is so very professional, smart, very knowledgeable in all aspects of building, selling and buying a home. She is very thorough (very familiar with AB building codes) and very helpful in documentation process! All of my questions were answered and all of my requests were granted! I will have her again as my realtor on my future purchases! I'm just speechless with the customer service she provided! Hands Down!
