She operates both using electronic tools and in person, which supported the efficiency. Her demeanor has always been that of a professional, kind, courteous and patient for any questions or concerns I had. She had shown that she had tough negotiation skills, savings me 1000's on the purchase. She also supported me with appropriate contacts for legal representation, inspection, insurance and mortgage support. However she was able to answer all of my realty questions in all of these areas associated with a home purchase. I was confident that all of the steps I had to undertake leading up to the purchase were covered and the transaction went smoothly.
