Working with Melanie was an absolute dream! She came highly recommended by many of my friends and coworkers in Kelowna. She's very personable and friendly, while maintaining the utmost professionalism. Her knowledge of the valley, the market, and the legalities of everything involved with buying a home (whether it be strata or mobile was extremely helpful to me as a first time home buyer.) Melanie Barber is an excellent, caring, honest, knowledgeable realtor that helped us sell our house, then purchase a new place, she was the go between for us when dealing with documents needed from Strata management to make this all work without any problem. Melanie was referred to us and we are pleased to refer her to everyone looking for an awesome realtor. She made us feel like we were in the company of a friend. Our house sold Fast, and then we had to find a new home, we bought and moved into a Condominium downtown.
