Its been over 15 years since we last were in a position to sell/buy. And I remembered how I hated that experience. MANY of the rules have since changed since that long ago. You really need an agent that understands the rules and laws. Melanie is THAT person, not only is she educated - she has your best interest as her priority. She's both FOR you and WITH you. Our experience wasn't the easiest, with multiple offers for the property we wanted, loosing it and then getting back into that first place spot. Having to sell ours... this was an emotional roller coaster. And I LOVED that she really talked me off the edge many times. Whether it was late night texts, weekend calls. She went above and beyond. I don't think realtor really is the right title for her, she is a property specialist. She helps walk you through each and every step of this process. And then assists in those other areas or helping find a lawyer, inspector, mortgage broker, she is the one stop shop and whole package. Its like your working with a well trusted friend!

Met with Melanie about selling my brothers house and she was really helpful with her insight into sales in the park and where we had to be. No question too little, she always got back to me promptly. I would definitely use Melanie in the future
