Melanie was an awesome real estate agent to work with for our first time home buying experience. She was very knowledgeable, had excellent communication, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. You can tell Mel is truly passionate about what she does and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the Ottawa area.

Mel was highly competent and inspired confidence from the moment we started working with her. She is personable, down-to-earth and a pleasure to deal with. She was in constant communication with us throughout the entire home-buying process and was very responsive whenever we reached out to her, no matter the time of day. She developed a strategy to help us get our dream home in the country that we thought was out of reach for us. During the showing, she pointed out lots of helpful tips about buying a rural property that clearly showed how much knowledge she has. We couldn't be happier with our experience buying with Mel!

Melanie was very accommodating from the start and was advised that this would possibly be a 2 year process and we were not in a rush. We pulled the plug on the idea and kicked it up to full speed and Melanie was there every step of the way. From the emails, texts, phone calls and then with us changing the move in date 3 times, she was very understanding, pleasant, professional and never made me feel bad about all of my uncertainties.
