I really appreciated all the work that Melanie did for the sale of my home and the purchase of another one

From our first meeting to discuss potentially buying a new home and selling my current house, Mel was extremely knowledgeable and keen to help. She talked me through the entire process and never pressured any decision-making. When it came time to view houses, she was always available and willing to make a far drive. Once the home I ended up purchasing, Mel got us in right at the start of a busy weekend of showings, allowing us to get our offer in as soon as possible. Since first contacting Mel, I’ve recommended her to everyone I know looking for a home. Was a pleasure to work with her!

Working with Melanie made buying my first home truly an amazing experience. Her knowledge of the market was incredibly reassuring. She always provided thoughtful, honest advice that helped me make decisions with confidence. What stood out to me the most was how professional and genuine she was, always available, responsive and invested in helping me find my home. Melanie was very patient and helpful with helping and advising me throughout the viewing process for multiple properties. She was always willing to coordinate with the other agents for additional information and insight as to the state and history of properties as well as resolving any issue that arose. When we eventually found a very promising property, she was very helpful in advising me as to how to proceed with the negotiation. I will be recommending her if/when any of my family or friends choose to enter the market.

Our overall experience with Melanie was seem less, professional yet friendly. She presented options, solutions with not pressure. Always calm and collected and only a text or a phone call away. We would recommend Melanie without reservation it has been a great experience!
