Melanie was very patient and helpful with helping and advising me throughout the viewing process for multiple properties. She was always willing to coordinate with the other agents for additional information and insight as to the state and history of properties as well as resolving any issue that arose. When we eventually found a very promising property, she was very helpful in advising me as to how to proceed with the negotiation. I will be recommending her if/when any of my family or friends choose to enter the market.
