Melanie helped our family find a home to rent. She made the process so smooth and reassured us at every step. She was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, transit proximity, etc., and able to answer all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. She was extremely helpful during the negotiation and made herself available to assist whenever needed, going above and beyond. We are so grateful for her service and cannot recommend her enough!

Melanie was very professional, friendly and accommodating - navigating us through many showings and a complex rental application negotiation process. She is very knowledgeable about the tenant regulations involved, and it was extremely beneficial in our case. She was even able to reduce our monthly rental cost by a significant amount.
