During the months of April and May, Tyler took the time to show me some 24 townhouses. Plus, he patiently adjusted the details coming up on my Portal to match my criteria. With the sale of our home, Garett even included a clause in the accepted offer so that we would have the flexibility to change the closing date which would allow us more time and greater flexibility with picking a closing date on the buying end.
