They got our home ready for sale quickly with staging, fantastic pictures and marketed our home everywhere. We ended up receiving multiple offers in a declining market. They were forward-thinking and always putting our best interests at the forefront. With the sale of our home, Garett even included a clause in the accepted offer so that we would have the flexibility to change the closing date which would allow us more time and greater flexibility with picking a closing date on the buying end. Lamoine and Tyler were very instrumental in helping us buy our forever home, they were very helpful throughout the negotiation process and provided great advice. The whole team was always punctual and available to answer all our questions. If you know of anyone needing a realtor in the Ottawa area then you should call them first. You won't be disappointed they truly go above and beyond!
