Four years ago we were amazed by how well the McCune Real Estate team took care of us when we moved to Canada from Australia, and we soon became firm friends. No surprises then that we asked them to act for us again when selling our house, and they have just landed us a full-asking price sale within four days of going on the market. Garett was instrumental in finding us the right property - a process that’s been ongoing for a couple years now. He sourced valuable information regarding the property itself and neighbourhood; followed up with the seller/realtor various time to confirm information; and was able to successfully negotiate and secure the property for a great price. Tyler has also provided us with helpful resources and checklists on next steps for the conditions and as we move towards our closing date. We will be using their services again!
