She got us into a very last minute viewing that became the house we closed on, and followed up immediately with any concerns as we went through the pre-conditions. Kept us in the loop with any important follow ups, and solved some difficult problems that came up! As first time home buyers I do not think we could have found a more attentive and kind realtor. Competing offers, holdbacks, inspections, to do lists, procedures; she was able to guide us through these and/or found us third party resources for items outside of her scope.
