My cousin, Jason Ridout, Pemberton Holmes, Parksville referred me to May Chamberland. She was amazing, very knowledgable, allowed me to learn and ask questions when needed. I was not presured to sell quickly or ask for less than what I needed. May was great with my boys, by easing the strees of this big family move.

May was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, very persistent when needed. She was always ready to explain things, never pushed us on pricing but gave us feedback on whether what we were thinking was what she saw in the market. May was patient, super helpful, and provided advice on how to maximize price yet keep costs down.
