My Wife and I bought our first home last year. As expected it was an exciting endeavor, but also a long and stressful one. After seeing countless houses and meeting a handful of realtors we were blessed to meet Mavelina. The previous realtors were great and we didn't have any real complaints about any of them, but we immediately realized that Mavelina was in a different league all together. From that point on the process of completing this huge step in our lives became a cake walk. Mavelina took an incredible amount of weight off of our shoulders through her diligent work, extensive knowledge, and most importantly her ability to make us feel completely comfortable around her. In a very short period of time Mavelina had our full trust, as she had taken the time to thoroughly understand our wants/needs to the point of being able to suggest options that fit our lifestyle which we hadn't even considered before. We were amazed by her ability to remain completely professional at all times, yet make us feel as if a trusted friend or family member was with us on this journey. Mavelina consistently made us feel like we were her #1 priority, regardless of the day or time. A quick question sent to her via text or e-mail was not only responding to immediately, but also answered thoughtfully, and in depth. Soon we found ourselves receiving pictures of a house Mavelina thought would suit us perfectly. We fell in love quickly upon viewing, and Mavelina went to work doing whatever she could to make sure we were not only home-owners, but owners of the house of our dreams! I can't say for sure where we would be living if we didn't meet Mavelina, but I can say with a great deal of confidence that we would be hard pressed to be happier than we are now! From day 1 of the process, and even now a year later with the dust already being settled Mavelina has been an all-star in all facets, and still takes them time to check in with us or answer any questions we might have. She is a cut above the rest, and anyone would be lucky to work with her. Thank you for everything Mavelina!
