Mattin did an amazing job with finding us our dream home. He worked with us for about 6 months looking for a home; we were very picky and he was so patient. Mattin genuinely cares for his clients and personally invests himself in the search. He always gives quick and clear responses to any questions. He knows the market well and gives great advice. He is aggressive when presenting offers but never once put any pressure on us. Mattin is very good at giving a thorough look at each home and pointing out things you may have missed - it’s so easy to overlook things when you’re excited about a property. In an environment where home inspection conditions are not a viable option it’s extremely valuable to have an agent that is so thorough. Without Mattin’s advice on the timing of selling our home versus buying a new one, we almost certainly would not have been able to afford the home we ended up purchasing. I would highly recommend Mattin. In the extremely unlikely event that we move from the home he helped us find, he will be our first call. He is great to work with - and after all this time we spent with him, we’re really going to miss him!

Mattin made the process of selling our home as stress-free as possible. We put him and his team on a very tight timeline - just ten days from telling them we wanted to list to having it on the market - and they made it happen. That included finding us a stager that could meet with us and stage the house in a matter of days (and she did a great job too). They went above and beyond with their marketing; no other agents that we looked at seemed to provide the type of service that this team offered. At a time when the market was shifting rapidly, they managed to get us an overwhelming number of showings and eight offers! We ended up getting a great price for our house, especially considering the shift in the market. I don’t think we would have received the amount we did if not for the high traffic and multiple offers that followed - a direct result of their marketing. At offer time, they walked us through the options clearly and guided us appropriately. Their negotiation skills and calm affect were key during this high-stress time. In addition, Mattin was great to work with; quick and clear responses to any questions or concerns and he made us feel at-ease during the process. The first time you sell a home is intimidating regardless, but I would highly recommend Mattin and his team to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible while achieving a great result.

When I started to look at purchasing a home I found it stressful due to the costs of homes and the many competing offers on homes. Mattin made it a lot less stressful for me. He was available when ever I needed to speak to him. He was understanding of my budget and he knew what I was looking for right away. He worked so hard to get me my home and got me the best price. Mattin is very dedicated to making sure his client gets what they want. I was blown away by his dedication and hard work. I would recommend Mattin to anyone and would use him as my agent again in the future. One of the best agents that have ever worked for me. He adds a personal touch !!!
