Our first time home buying experience was a breeze with Mattin’s expertise. Mattin paid attention to our needs and wants from the get go, he answered our many questions no matter the time, and was invaluable when viewing homes because he's so thorough. When it came time to submit an offer, Mattin put together a detailed valuation which helped us to make a reasoned decision on an offer price. He also gave us an explanation of the contracts in laymen's terms so we knew exactly what we were agreeing to at every step of the way. We’re very grateful that our paths crossed.
