Our story with Mattin..my parents had gone through an open house, one of Mattins listings. They didn't purchase, but Mattin did stay in touch with my Dad regularly. Dad passed away, unbeknownst to Mattin, and I happened to be at the house, when he called one day in January. We knew we were going to be selling my parents home, and we loved that Mattin had connected with Dad, so we made the appointment and Mattin came, met with us, and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable explaining everything to Mom. Bottom line he delivered everything he spoke about, the house sold firm, in one week. We are incredibly happy with the results, and Mattin has demonstrated his knowledge, professionalism and above all, kindness, from start to finish. We highly recommend working with Mattin. Mattin is the realtor we all need, I stumbled upon him during a random showing and he has proven a great help during my property search ( note that I am repeat buyer and have dealt with property buying experience and he has surprised me even then) 1) Mattin was always punctual during all showings. 2) Mattin always gave his respectful and meaningful suggestions about property from appliance' health to nooks and crannies of house including things like electrical wiring and sump pumps and what not. 3) shared strategies to coming up buying number with fact and market trend 4) when to offer, how to offer and all post processing until closing and beyond.
