His method of open houses was instrumental to the amount of offers we received as we got the most amount of traction throughout the house while it was listed. Mattin Tateyama was an absolute pleasure to work with during the process of selling our home. This was my first time selling a home and I didn't really know what to expect. I very much appreciate the fact that Mattin was thorough, straightforward, detailed about the things we needed to know and always kept our interest a priority. I believe this gained us more traction for showings; especially considering one of the open houses was on a weekday.
