Matthew is a pro! When looking to sell our home Matthew was recommended to us through friends. From his first visit to our property it was obvious as to why he came so highly recommended. He guided us through the process helping to maximize the homes potential prior to listing. Once listed he was always punctual, engaged and easy to get ahold of. A pleasure to deal with and for sure our agent for future transactions! We really felt he went above and beyond for us as his clients!

Matthew was a recommendation from a good friend of mine. We just moved to Alberta a year prior and were looking to buy in a different area. Not only was he very knowledgeable in regards to Alberta's housing market but he knew all of the ins and outs of home building itself. What to look for when walking in a home new or pre-owned, identifying things we would never have even saw. He's extremely patient as we didn't know exactly what we wanted and we spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect home. He helped us find the right home in the right price range and never tried to push us or hurry us in one direction or the other. Whether it's your first property or 100th property, Matthew is your guy. We will never go to anyone else as he excels at his job. He was very professional and quick at selling our previous home and knew all of the right people to set us up in our second home. It was a seamless experience and we're very thrilled to have chosen him to assist us as he didn't sell us a property but he taught us what to look for and helped us identify what we wanted. He is helpful even after the purchase and sale and goes above and beyond what we thought a realtor was so look no further than him. Matt was fantastic. I didn't have to go to him once about a property. He was on it and sending me listings that met my criteria. After using another agent for months and having to let them go. The vast difference was immediately noticed and appreciated. After 5 months with another agent with no luck I went with Matt and had found and a secured a home in a month. He's gone above and beyond helping me fix things around my house that I was listing and always had time for me.
