Matt is a phenomenal realtor - both through his knowledge of the North Shore and how he goes above and beyond for his clients. He is very patient, attentive and trustworthy, and the best choice for anyone buying or selling a home in North & West Vancouver.

I cannot say enough good things about Matt. He is VERY knowledgeable about properties in the North Shore, he is upfront and honest - so he will tell you if he thinks a property is not the right fit for you, and he is easily accessible and always eager to help. Matt helped me look for my first home for 1.5 years before we found the right one, and throughout the whole process he was positive, would ease my worries, and answer all of my questions/explain many things which were new to me. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend Matt to anyone looking for a realtor.
