Huge fan of Matt! We used Matt to purchase our first place (a NV townhome) in 2021. 5 years later, Matt helped us sell our townhome and buy a single family property. He and his team did an excellent job with the marketing collateral / photos and his advice throughout (on pricing our place, on negotiating points, on getting our place open-house ready etc.) was spot-on. I am not a patient person and we had timing constraints - Matt did a great job balancing the timing concerns w/ value maximization. In the end, the result was better than we could have hoped for - he *nailed* the pricing strategy for our place and we got a great outcome in what was a very challenged sales environment.
