If there was 10 star rating, Matt would deserve it. He is the best realtor I've ever worked with. We were out-of-towners looking for a house in Stratford and he was very helpful in the house hunting process navigating through all the neighbourhoods we were looking at. He was patient, knowledgeable and always looked out for our best interests. The process was seamless from beginning to end. I hope to purchase or sell my home with Matt in the near future. Matt was amazing with us as we were going through the process of selling my father's home after he passed away. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and was always available for any questions or concerns we had in regards to selling the home.
