He explained in detail every document. When we asked for advise Matt stirred us in the right direction. He gave us a reassurance we had chosen the right realtor for our sale.

When we decided to move away from the GTA to the beautiful but unfamiliar city of Stratford, a friend recommended real estate agent Matt Francis. We arranged to meet Matt in Stratford on a weekend to look at a few properties on the market that were of interest. He was very knowledgeable about the city and knowledgeable about how houses are built and what to keep an eye out for when seeing a property for the first time. While showing us around, Matt took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped narrow down our search to listings that appealed to us. As we viewed more listings from back in the GTA, an hour and a half away, Matt went to look at the ones we were interested in by himself, to see if they really checked the boxes on our list. This was helpful, saving us travel time to view a property that wasn’t a good fit. He helped us understand the current market (at that time) and was instrumental in guiding our offer to secure the house we wanted.
