Their staging skills transformed our properties to their optimum. Throughout the process their support was always available and we felt safe and secure that they would do the best job possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and refer them to other buyers and sellers.

I found the Mary Cleaver Group exceptionally professional to work alongside. Mary was very warm and personable; she had great knowledge of the market and our area coming well prepared with her research to ADVISE us of the best time to list our home on the market, how best to prepare our home for showings, and ultimately the list price. I say "advise" because she really allows you to make the decisions as the client and to feel comfortable with the choices you've made. In the end, the sell price absolutely helped with the mixed emotions of turning the page on a beloved home. Highly recommend her services.

Honest, smart, thoughtful. Clear communicator. Great advice re spiffing up my townhome for sale. Sold it faster and at a higher price than I'd initially expected, despite the overall market having tanked. I would definitely hire Mary again
