After 3 long years waiting for my in-laws estate to clear probate, we were finally able to put their house up for sale. I was nervous because I had never sold a home before. I contact Mary-Lou and knew from the beginning that we were in good hands. Within the first weekend of being listed we had multiple offers. She was there to help with any questions we had and kept us up to date on any news. She even kept in touch with us when we went away on vacation and we were able to action documents as required.
