As the province was in a complete shutdown, we had to explain to Mary-Lou what we wanted in a new home, and hope the she could find something for us. Mary-Lou worked tirelessly with us, even dealing with the three hour time difference and taking calls in the evening. When she found a home that worked for us, she even helped arrange our inspection, and was there on site for it, taking more photos of the property and home for us. When we couldn't be there on the possess date, she did the walk-through for us, and when we finally arrived, there was a gift basket full of thoughtful goodies and a big Welcome sign. In a market that was fast on the rise, Mary-Lou was able to find us a home within our budget.
