When my wife and i were looking to purchase our first home in an entirely different area but what was out there was totally out of our budget for what was available and we were just about ready to give up . I just happened to be scrolling through some emails and came across a listing in Iroquois Ontario . I opened up the listing and there it was , our first and forever home . It was within our budget and close to my wifes family and friends so we immediately booked an appointment to look at it . That is when we met Mary-Ann of Re/Max Hometown Realty . Needless to say , thanks to Mary-Ann we are in our first home and absolutely love it . The house is amazing , the people are great and Iroquois is beautiful . Within the 90 days till close , we had to over come many obstacles and jump through alot of hoops to get our house . There were a few times we thought it was going to fall through . Thanks to Mary-Ann she was right there with us the entire way and saw us move into our home. Mary-Ann went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend anyone out there that is looking to purchase a home , or even sell in the SD and G area , reach out to her .
