<p>Marty is hardworking, honest, and ethical. He knows the market and is able to explain things clearly. He is also personable and has a sense of humour, which helped a lot when we were feeling stressed out about market trends and interest rates! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Marty as an Agent (for buying or selling) and would definitely use him again if buying or selling in the Okanagan.</p>

<p>The first time we my wife and I met Marty Gilbert we realized that he was a true professional, On time for the appointment, well dressed and professional with his job as a realtor and his knowledge of the area. My wife and I felt that he was working for us both and not just trying to get a sale. We liked working with Marty and ended up buying our property through him. We also told some of our friends about him and they also used him and bought property through him. Marty is an asset for the realty profession.</p>

Marty always had my best interests in mind and I always appreciated his feedback advice. Even after the purchase and move in he followed up and always checked (while also providing real estate updates!). Communication is an excellent quality of his and something we find very important in a realtor. He has proven to be a successful agent and I recommend him to anyone purchasing (especially if you are a first time home buyer) or selling a home to meet their needs and wants! I am sure I will be contacting him again in the near future!</p>
