Marty is the agent I refer everyone too. Great guy, great realtor. Weather you are buying or selling he is truly there for you and has your best interests in mind.

Where do I start. Marty stuck with us for 2 years while we looked for a house for our growing family. Every weekend often multiple viewings in a day/ week, it was torture, but Marty made us feel at ease and always had our best interest in mind. We never felt pressure and he always went to bat for us, even steering us away from places he knew weren't right for us. He has a thorough knowledge of Vernon and surrounding areas and is well known with other realtors and banks, Ive yet to hear anything remotely negative. Completing the sale of our old house we set a record for the complex and started a trend. Setting the bar for others. He's easily relatable, utmost professional, and available on very short notice. Even if out of town he has a parter (Kyle) that is kept up to date and is excellent as well. He even helped us out after we bought the new place. Going back and forth with the listing realtor for us.
