From day one I liked Lynne and Martin. They were not pushy at all on getting me as a client. On our first meeting they came prepared with information on the area in which I was selling my Mother's condo. Good, realistic information on pricing and how the market was. I thought that was pretty impressive since I wasn't even an official client of theirs yet. After I did sign with them it just got better. I delt mostly with Martin and he was fantastic! Always on the ball. If I had a question he answered it immediately. And I had lots of questions on the entire process, lawyers he'd recommend, etc. It was like he was working 24/7. I could always tell he was working in my best interest. It's been a long time since I've had to sell a property and I know it would have not been as good as an experience if I hadn't been working with Martin. He made it stress-free. I would absolutely recommend working with Martin and Lynne.

From the day we met Martin and Lynne in condo, we had a very good sense that we made a team together. Highly important, we could put our trust in the initial selling price of our unit. Their commitment was also at this moment, as the unit was to be shown as an open house, and they would offer staging furniture. Lynne was very tactful with her suggestion to remove the bedroom ceiling border. Wow what a start! Within a few days, the condo was up for sale .. How lovely it was to see the presentation of colours and styles in what was once my home. They kept in touch with us into the leads that took place. We hadn't previousky received this degree of feedback. With not being in London at the time of the sale, this was a crucial communication for us! We liked the new condo weekly presentation ... all at the touch for untechies like us :) Then came the day when there was an interested seeker. The excitement came was elevating, but realistic. The negotiations that took place were kept hopeful. Martin was graciously advising us on how to submit a negotiable new price. We texted to keep each other positive .. this was hugely importantfor myself :)). We felt that at the critical time, they were sensitive to the buyer's conditions. Then, Lynne went out of her way to gather the communications that she knew that the potential buyer needed to see! Awesome! At the final stretch of the communications, Martin and Lynne assured the potential buyer that the condo's financials had a good history to get back on track with its reserve funds. And this latter point was brought forward twice to the potential buyer. Then, a brief wait and the call came "Congratulations!" . They were just as excited as we were when the buyer signed. Final arrangements were conducted and having a short closing time was important for us as we had the place up for sale for 14 months already! Lynne, Martin, your interactions together, with us, made us satisfied clients. Muchly appreciated!! Jane and Matt
