I have dealt with Marshall in a couple of property purchases, and I can say for a fact that he is a very supportive, determined, and responsive person. In a number of times, he has gone above and beyond in assisting in finding great purchases around Nova Scotia, ensuring the whole process is less stressful. "SOLD!! So excited to finally post this! We've been here for almost two weeks now & we are loving it, it definitely feels like home. This guy right here ( Marshall Smith ) was amazing. He was so helpful and patient, especially considering the fact that we were learning what we wanted as we went. He worked around our schedule and ran around to multiple viewings with us each time we went out looking. He made sure we knew what we were looking at and answered our questions honestly. We definitely lucked out. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell, this should be your guy & he has recently partnered with Guatemala to help with much-needed medical care for pregnant women and their babies.
