I was a first-time homeowner with very little understanding of how the whole process worked. Marshall was patient, understanding and informative in all my home-buying needs. I was on a time crunch, and Marshall was very efficient in scheduling meetings and appointments. He is committed to his client's happiness and answered all my emails and messages very quickly in order to have the process move along smoothly. Not only is he professional and friendly towards his clients and their families, but he has excellent contacts for anything additional from inspectors to heating technicians or lawyers. I would not hesitate to hire Marshall for my home buying and selling needs a second time, and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Marshall was brilliant to work with. Having secured the property from Vancouver he went above and beyond in finding everything . Marshall was very easy to communicate with , he wants the best for the client, and it shows through his hard work, likeable personality and knowledge of the market. He treats his clients like his friends and now I'm glad to say we are friends! When I was buying Marshall came to me and said when I see a property like this the first thing I do is look at it .
