Mark is a force of nature in a very difficult real estate market. We were first-time home buyers and he enthusiastically took us under his wing, taking time to educate us and walk us through the process and any scenarios that arose along the way. He is personable, compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, transparent and eminently patient. Mark brought a highly strategic edge to our search and paid close attention to the details of what we were looking for, even as our interests and desires changed along the way. We got the impression that he really cared about us and never tried to push anything on us. He was constantly there to answer our many, many questions, and worked unrelentingly to help us learn about and secure a property, right up to the very last second and beyond. We very highly recommend Mark!

Mark has helped us sell two of our homes now, and was integral in helping us find our townhouse and now our forever dream home. Mark is so great, very knowledgeable, accommodating, and his attention to detail is unparalleled. He's always quick to answer any questions. My family and I have used him in the past and would not hesitate to have him assist in any future home purchases.

This was the second time we used Mark to sell a property for us. In both circumstances the markets were different in trends.
