He is a man of integrity who keeps his word and will always go above and beyond the normal elements of selling real estate. He can give good advice on neighborhoods and information relative to the potential sale of homes.

Mark was a great realtor to work with for us as first time home buyers! He was happy to thoroughly explain what to expect throughout the process - even giving us sample documents to read in advance so we could be prepared to move fast if we wanted to put in an offer. He was friendly, personable, and efficient in his communication with us - and early to meetings. Before we put in an offer, he made sure we had thought about possible levies, comparable prices and whether the unit was priced well or not. Before we closed, Mark proactively ensured that our possession date would be smooth by making sure the seller had the correct keys and removed any remaining personal effects from the unit. He even checked that all the keys worked before we arrived- it was remarkably stress free. I can't recommend Mark enough.
