Mark did an excellent job of negotiating a fair price and dealing with a few unexpected issues, as he helped me sell my house in 2016. He was very patient, over the following year, as we looked at many different types of homes, and when I finally narrowed down the search, helped me find the right one. He listened well, responded to texts and calls promptly, never pressured me, researched for listings to look at and drove me to different locations, was very open to looking at properties I found to look at, gave me his opinion of different properties in relation to what I told him was important to me, met me for coffee to discuss our search, was understanding of the stress involved, and was very pleasant, courteous and professional to work with.

Mark showed Knowledge and skill when we had to buy our property. He gave great advice on what we should offer and what we should do after everything got approved. If i have any questions i can just message him and he will answer!!

Mark was very helpful and very attentive to our needs. He always got back to us right away on any questions or issues that we were dealing with.

I've known Mark for a number of years. This is the second property that he has sold for our family. Great to work with and the results are fantastic.
