We moved during the winter months with very little time to locate and purchase a new home. We were referred to Mark and Julie by friends that highly recommend their team. They were very diligent when prescreening us for our desired home and covered a variety of must haves as well as non desired items. Unfortunately the market had numerous homes that were over priced or needed a lot of work. Several of the homes we wanted to see had already sold. They were very patient and listened to our frustrations about the homes we viewed. At one point we became very upset and they stayed the course and delivered more homes, the final home was the one.
