Marko and his hole team where very professional. He went out of his way to help out and provide information of the places we looked at. He helped with all the other little thing with utilities and very good suggestions on lawyers, home inspection, and mortgage broker. He and his team made the process go smoothly. Marko provided listings that were really tailored to my wants and needs. He helped me view them remotely using video chat, and offered honest, experienced-based advice on each listing. He would go back to a home to review, and was always responsive by text to answer specific questions I had on listings i was interested in. When I arrived to view the (narrowed down) listings in person, he had a professional portfolio ready for me, and didn't waste a second of my time. Ultimately he helped me find the exact home I was looking for, assisted me with negotiations, and worked seamlessly with my mortgage broker and legal team to secure the purchase. Marko was there all the way from start to finish, handing me the keys when I arrived to take possession. I'd highly recommend him and his team for anyone looking to buy a home.
