I first met Mark in 2021 through an acquaintance who had used Mark’s services and was very happy. Mark was clearly very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I were moving to a market that was extremely hot where prices were High as well as the inventory was way down. This caused some stress for us and we needed someone that was going to work for us with our best interests in mind. Once we went through our needs Mark went to work and through his knowledge we found our home despite all the market related road blocks. What I found excellent about Mark is he is not just trying to get a sale, in fact, he’s very in tune with what we the customers wanted/needed and communicated that with us. This allowed us to take our time and wait for the right time for us. This also eased our pressure and allowed us to focus on finding that perfect home. The thing that impressed us most though was when we did find the home we wanted. Mark made the buying process very smooth and stress free. In the end we got very close to exactly what we wanted and not a penny over budget. Mark is the best I have worked with and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Mark and team!
