Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to prepare my home for listing. Once we had my home organized to Mark's standards, putting personal items/clutter away I understood the importance of preparing a home for listing (it looked so good made me want to purchase). From the date of listing to the sale it was no more than two and a half weeks. Mark was very professional and has a great sense of humor, which is very important for me.
