Before making our decision of who to chose as a realtor to sell our home, we interviewed three realtors and Maria was by far our first choice as she seemed to be very professional and knowledgeable in her field. She came to our meeting well prepared with examples of similar homes either for sale or which had sold in our area. Then between her and my husband and I we settled on a price to list it at, and she did an excellent job of explaining what role she would play in the sale. Once we hired her she kept us informed on how many showings there had been each week and she had a couple of Open Houses promoting the home. She also advertised the listing a number of times and had signs up on both streets garnering people's attention. Maria is an excellent choice for anyone wanting an honest, reliable realtor to sell their home.
