I started selling real estate in Calgary way back in the spring of 1985, quickly earning a VIP status with PJ Toole and Cote Real Estate. I soon moved on to the 100% concept at Sutton Group and worked through the ups and downs of the market until 1991 when I had my first child. I moved to British Columbia in 1993 and Completed the Real Estate Agent and Sub-Mortgage Broker's Pre-Licensing course through the faculty of Commerce at UBC Vancouver. I always kept a hand and interest in real estate as I raised my family in Coldstream BC. After 6 years as an elected official on Coldstream Council, I left politics and re-activated my BC Real Estate Agent's license. I took courses through the UBC's Sauder School of Business, and re-instating my license in January 2015. My experience includes a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University/Montreal Spec. Geology, as well as courses from the University of Calgary in Management and Business administration. I grew up in Montreal and speak fluent french (it is my first language), and I can also speak some Italian. I have lived in many places, but I'm happy to call the Okanagan home since 1993. My philosophy is to be of service to others, and provide honest and good value to my clients! I am knowledgable, available, and endeavour to respond quickly whenever possible.
