Excellent realtor. Professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Maria helped me sell my first home and buy my second. I didn't have much experience in the sell process, but fortunately Maria was willing to spend the time educating me, showed me quite a few homes and pointed out problem areas that I would never have spotted myself. Clearly she is experienced in the paperwork and the negotiation process as everything went very smoothly with minimum hassle.
