I’ve done a lot of real estate transactions and dealt with a lot of realtors over the years and Marcella is one of the best. We recently sold our late parents home. For anyone that could be a difficult situation. Dealing with Marcella was very easy. She’s a genuine individual and an inherently good person. Her market evaluation was spot on. Our house sold the first day and closed only 7 days later. Thank you very much for lending us your horse shoe.

There are so many praises to offer Marcella and her skills, passion and care as a realtor. We used her for three deals in a short amount of time and her knowledge and tenacity and humour made it all so worth every minute of the experience with her. She made the journey easy when there were bumps that were outside of her control. Even in those bumps she rallied the deals and us while engaging the other realtors to bring all things together for the betterment of every person involved. Her relationships in central Alberta are so beneficial from knowing lawyers to inspectors and connecting all the pieces together to make a seamless deal not only for her clients but the clients on the other side of the deals.
