We were purchasing in Sylvan Lake and she had a good knowledge of the area but where she really shined was her knowledge of things that we needed to look at and include in our negotiations. She also recommended an excellent lawyer. She was easy to contact and so good to work with. Marcella really made us feel at ease. I can't thank her enough.
