Marcella was knowledgable, professional and patient with us through the whole process. She really went above and beyond any of our expectations and made sure we were able to make the deal work to get us into the house we wanted. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking at buying or selling a home! It kind of makes me sad that we don't get to chat with her regularly anymore!

Marcella arrived at the designated time and went through the process with us, answering any questions we had. She explained the rules as regarding to covid. She had an experienced photographer come in who displayed our home well. Our home went up on the computer on Friday and sold on Sunday! After explaining what we were looking for, she set up appts to view 4 properties. We loved the 4th one and put together an offer. After some negotiations we had ourselves a new abode. She was always quick to respond, even when away on a mini holiday. She would approach the other realtor/seller if we had questions and get back to us promptly. She was fun and friendly but professional. I would highly recommend using her.

Marcella is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate markets and has the best advice for buying and selling a home. Everything was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. Marcella made what could be a stressful time very comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend Marcella to everyone!
