I recently had Marcel assist me in the sale of my condo. He was both personable and efficient. His advice in today’s market was spot on resulting in a sale within 30 days, which was a priority for me. Marcel kept me updated on opportunities and progress so I always felt involved. He gave suggestions, but had no time that I feel pressured. An added service was that he was “hands-on “ helping me stage and prepare to condo for viewing.
