Mahmoud was always on time, professional, and patient. He helped us stay focused and gave us his full attention. Mahmoud operates with the highest ethical standard and a professional. As a P.Eng, he brings to the industry a much needed professionalism and ethical conduct. I can trust that Mahmoud will always have the buyer's interest, even before his own interest of just closing the deal. He helped us buy a beautiful property in mature Edmonton neighborhood. Any realtor can make a sale or push a buy, but only Realtors like Mahmoud can gain your trust and keep it by working for you. Realtors like Mahmoud are rare or almost non-existent. Unfortunately most realtors are corrupted by the incentive systems, however Mahmoud demonstrated to my Wife and I why a realtor is needed to make a sale and protect our interest even from our own emotions. He was very detailed explaining the processes, and adjusted the level of communication and guidance to our levels. I would never sell or buy a property with out a realtor like Mahmoud. Thank you Mahmoud for reviving our trust in the realtor profession. I hope the rest of the industry can learn from Mahmoud's code of conduct.

Mahmoud is a true example of a Realtor with patience, knowledge and endurance. He never made me feel pressurized to buy a house after looking at few houses, in fact he encouraged me to keep my impulse to the minimum and buy only when I was sure about buying. He truly went above and beyond his line of duty and showed me houses after my work hours and gave me exclusive time and attention. I was also impressed with how capable he was in finding me rare data about a potential house after he analyzed everything at his end. I would definitely recommend him for your house.

I met Mahmoud through a friend that recommended him. At first I thought he would be like any other realtor just wanting to sell home and close deals. However, this is NOT the case for Mahmoud. Mahmoud is a very honest realtor that wants the best interest of the people and goes above and beyond his role and duties. Mahmoud was able to organise our choices, perform full analysis on the housing market enduring we don’t over pay. He was able to negotiate a great deal of our house. He performed his own comparable with all home in the market close to my house. He was involved in every aspect of purchasing my house including future personal goals. His advice saved me a lot of money, time and hardship. The process was very relaxed, and I felt confident in the decision I made because of his analysis he performed. One thing i must mention is that he would rather lose a deal than get you into home that is above the market price/condition. He walked me through mortgages, paperwork, inspections, and many other matters. He was a realtor agent, and is now a life long friend. I would highly recommend this man to sell your home for you and/or find you a house to purchase.
