Mahmoud was a pleasure to work with. We purchased our home with his help in August 2018. Mahmoud's knowledge of the real state market and the preparedness around purchasing process were outstanding. He kept us on track with regular communication and lists of procedures at every step. We interviewed a number of agents before deciding to work with Mahmoud. What convinced us was his calm demeanor, and the non-pressure he placed on us as buyers. He made sure to work at our pace and kept us informed at every turn. During the home inspection, he added significant value by asking our inspector questions. He was even able to point out things our inspectors missed, which is merit to engineering background and attention to detail. He was never late for the numerous showings we went on with him. He dedicated extensive time to prepare for these by pulling relevant research for each house and neighborhood we went to, which kept us on task for what we were looking for.

Mahmoud was wonderful to work with, he got an offer on our house within a couple of weeks of listing with him. He explained everything about what he was going to do and why really well and I appreciated his honesty about our property.
