Best real estate agent in Edmonton, hands down. He treats his clients like family and doesn’t stop working until you are 100% satisfied. He’s also very detail oriented and organized, and very responsive to calls, texts, emails, etc. It was a tremendous experience working with Mahmoud!

I have worked with other realtors before and Mahmoud is hands down the best realtor I have worked with. He really understands what to look for when viewing homes and helped me see things that were or weren't there. I really appreciated his ability to answer my housing questions and the effort he went to when negotiating for our final housing offer. <p>We started the journey with Mahmoud around the beginning of November 2019, looking for a single-family house with a specific layout and design. Mahmoud and from the beginning set us up with his search engine that only send us the UpToDate listed properties that come up on the market, and with in the area we want. Mahmoud has a strong evaluation skill helped us a lot to understand how we can choose the house. He was able to help us to decide during the difficult time and with COVID-19 situation. He is so knowledgeable and has an excellent understanding with Edmonton real estate. On June 2020, with the help and full efforts of Mahmoud, we signed off the purchase agreement. And because we bought a new built house Mahmoud was able to negotiate and get us a best deal from the builder as well adding more stuff for free, like fence and deck and other stuff. Also, he helped us to find a house inspector and understand the report of the inspector as well mandated the purchase agreement to meet inspector recommendations. And with 2 times walkthrough with builder Mahmoud was giving from his time and with his efforts helped us to inspect each corner and spot of the house and marked whatever requires attention.</p> <p>The extra time and effort Mahmoud put in show his high professionalism and excellent customer service. It was a joy to work with such dedicated and talented people.</p> <p>We had the pleasure of working with Mahmoud. During this journey of our buying a house, we faced several challenges. Namely, living outside of the Edmonton and dealing with the unprecedented nature of a global pandemic. Mahmoud was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process.
